# Connect Zapier or Make

> Send each response to Google Sheets, your CRM or your email tool through a Zap or a Make scenario.

Zapier and Make connect Hearsay to thousands of other apps through a [webhook](https://docs.hearsay.co.in/integrations/webhooks). You need Hearsay Business or Enterprise, and you must be an owner or admin of the workspace.

## Zapier

Webhooks by Zapier is one of Zapier's premium apps, so the Zap needs a paid Zapier plan.

1. In Zapier, create a Zap. For the trigger, choose **Webhooks by Zapier** and the event **Catch Hook**. Copy the URL Zapier gives you.
2. In Hearsay, go to [Integrations](https://hearsay.co.in/integrations), choose **Add webhook** and paste the URL as the **Endpoint URL**.
3. Under **For**, choose **Only these surveys** and pick the one survey this Zap is for. Choose **Add webhook**.
4. Choose **Send test** on the new webhook, so Zapier sees that survey's questions.
5. Back in Zapier, test the trigger. Then add an action, for example **Google Sheets: Create Spreadsheet Row**.
6. Map a value from `fields` to each column, along with the response id and time and, for coupons, the reward code.
7. Turn the Zap on.

Zapier lists each value under its key, which is the question's id, with the test answer beside it. To see which question a key is, find the same id under `questions`, which holds the question's wording.

> **Tip: Map fields, not answers**
>
> Zapier joins a list like `answers` into one comma-separated text, and the positions move when a question is skipped. `fields` has one value per question that stays put, even when the answer is empty.

Each survey has its own question ids, so one webhook per survey keeps a Zap simple. To send several surveys to one Zap, use one webhook for each.

## Make

1. In Make, add a **Webhooks: Custom webhook** module and copy its address.
2. In Hearsay, go to [Integrations](https://hearsay.co.in/integrations), choose **Add webhook**, paste the address and choose **Add webhook**.
3. Choose **Send test**, so Make learns the data structure, including your survey's `fields`.
4. Connect the next module, for example your CRM, or an email step that sends `reward.code`.

## What gets sent

Each response arrives with its answers, the channel, link fields and, when it earned one, the coupon code. For every field, see the [webhook reference](https://docs.hearsay.co.in/integrations/webhook-reference#payload).
