Hearsay Each plan includes a number of responses, coupons and AI drafts a month. They count everything in the workspace, across all its surveys, and start again at the beginning of the 1st of each month (UTC).

Surveys aren't limited: make as many as you like, on every plan.
See how much you've used
Open Plan and billing. Usage this month shows Responses, Coupons issued and AI drafts against your allowance. A meter says Approaching your limit at 80% and Used up for this month at 100%.
Hearsay doesn't email you when you get close, so check here in a busy month.
When responses run out
When the workspace reaches its monthly responses, Hearsay closes every live survey in it:
- Customers who open a link see This survey is closed.
- Plan and billing says This month's responses are used up, so your live surveys are closed until the 1st.
- You can't publish or reopen a survey. Publishing says This account has used all of this month's responses. Surveys reopen on the 1st, or right away after an upgrade.
Nothing is deleted. Your results, links and coupons stay as they are.
Hearsay counts responses every minute, so a few may come in just after you reach the limit. They're kept.
When they come back
On the 1st (UTC), or straight away when you upgrade, Hearsay reopens the surveys it closed. The same links work again.
Surveys you closed yourself stay closed. See Close, reopen and delete surveys.
When coupons run out
Customers can still answer, but they don't get a code: they see Rewards for this survey are paused right now. Plan and billing says This month's coupons are used up. Customers still answer, but get no coupon until the 1st.

When AI drafts run out
Each message you send in the AI builder uses one AI draft, and so does Fit it to my business on a template. If the AI can't answer, the draft isn't counted.
On Free, after 10:
- the AI builder shows AI usage limit reached, with Upgrade plan;
- Fit it to my business says You’ve used this month’s AI drafts on your plan. You can start from the template as written and edit it yourself. Choose Use the template as written.
AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT don't use AI drafts. They have their own limit of 5,000 requests a day per workspace, on every plan. See What an AI app can do.
Other limits
Some limits aren't monthly: team members, brands, palettes, link fields, saved segments, shared reports and webhooks. They're the most you can have at once. See Plans and what's included.
