A brand holds your logo, name, website and default coupon details. A palette holds your survey colours. Every survey belongs to one brand and uses one palette.
Set up your brand
Your workspace starts with one brand named after it. To change it, open Brands in the sidebar and choose Edit, or choose Edit brand in a survey's Details.
- Logo: PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP, up to 512 KB. It appears at the top of your surveys and on printed table tents (on Pro and above).
- Brand name and Website.
- Palette: the colours its surveys use by default (Account default follows the workspace's default palette).
- About this business: a few sentences about what you sell and to whom. The AI builder uses it to write better questions.
- Default reward: a coupon Message, Terms, Redeem at and Expires on that new coupon sets start from. See Thank customers with a coupon.
More than one brand
If you run several businesses or product lines, give each its own brand with New brand. Free and Pro include one brand, Business includes five, and Enterprise is unlimited. When a workspace has several brands, new surveys ask Which brand is this survey for?
A brand can only be deleted once no survey uses it: move its surveys to another brand first.
Palettes
Open Palettes in the sidebar to see your colour palettes. Choose New palette to make one, or Add starter palettes for a few ready-made ones. Each palette sets the colours of the page, questions, options and buttons, and warns you when text would be hard to read.
From a palette's menu you can Edit, Duplicate or Delete it. One palette is the Default for new surveys, and each card shows how many surveys use it. Free includes 2 palettes; paid plans are unlimited.
Choose a survey's colours
In the editor, under Branding, click a palette swatch. {Brand} colors uses your brand's palette. The preview updates straight away.
Customers always see your survey in your colours, whatever theme their own device uses.
